Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased, return it by mail in its original condition with tags attached along with receipt within 15 days of the shipment date for an exchange or store credit towards your next purchase. Used, removed tag, or final sale items will not be accepted. Sale items, undergarments, accessories, and shipping are final sale and non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for costs of return shipping for any exchanges or returns. Your return form and receipt provide the last day (postmark date) you have to return your merchandise by mail. Please contact us at pineapplelilyhawaii[at]gmail.com with any questions.

 

Payment methods

Secure payments can be made with your debit card or credit card, and through your bank account through PayPal. Prices are in U.S. dollars. All orders shipped to Hawaii will be charged a 4.712% sales tax (not including shipping costs).

 

Shipping

Shipping is only available in the United States and are sent via USPS Mail (domestic mail). The costs are calculated during checkout based on your total order: a flat rate shipping charge of $8 for all orders up to $50, and shipping for orders of $75 and over will be free.

Orders are shipped within 7-10 business days of receipt of your order. (If any delays arise, you will be contacted via the email address you submitted with your order. Please confirm that your email address is correct during checking out.)

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number that can be tracked through USPS Tracking. Packages typically arrive within 2 to 3 days of shipping, depending on the destination.

Please confirm that your shipping address is correct during check out. Packages cannot be shipped to an alternate address after a transaction has been completed.

 

Security

Shopify, the ecommerce software and service we use, has an extensive set of security measures in place to help protect you from vulnerabilities and more. Their team has set up monitors that detect intrusions and hacker attempts, and are constantly updating and improving their security implementation. They use the best available ecommerce security measures and are also Certified PCI compliant, which is a standard for protecting customer credit card information.

All payments that are processed through PayPal are also secure and your credit card or bank account information remains protected. More information about PayPal is available here.

 

Privacy

We collect information from you when you make a purchase, subscribe to our newsletter, or enter and respond to a giveaway/contest winner announcement. Your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, email, and credit card information will also be collected to process and ship your order. Your email address will also be collected when you subscribe to our newsletter to provide you with notices of sales, new merchandise, and other store events; you are free to subscribe or unsubscribe to our newsletter at any time.

We do not sell, trade, or disclose your personally identifiable information we collect, nor order history, to outside parties. However, this does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, as long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. Non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses. We may also release your information when we believe it is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, safety, or property.

At our discretion, we may occasionally include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third parties and their sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked third party sites.

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), and do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

This online privacy policy applies only to information collected through our website and not to information collected offline. By using our site, you consent to our privacy policy.
